i havent gotten an email saying CSC has received my case...when should i start worrying?

Hi Naya,

That ones from CRIS say that our AOS was transfer to CSC. The ones from USCIS-CSSO said that CSC received it. And yes most e-mails are duplicated. We are also getting extra e-mails because I fill-out an I-865 when I sent the AOS package and the e-mails are pertaining to that. We got a Receipt Number (MSC**********) for the I-865.

We also fill out an AR-11 but they never send any paperwork regarding it nor did I get a Receipt Number.

Hi Jeeleebee,

I would wait a couple of days before calling. I was transfer three days before you on August 28, 2006. Read the timeline on my signature and you get a detail day by day of what I have received by USCIS website, e-mails and mail.

no worries, from what i hear sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks for you to get word that CSC rec'd your case. maybe if by then, you can call or email someone, ok?

A lot of VJ members that have been transferred to CSC and have been approved without an interview. Most of these members have been approved rather quickly, even though I have spoken with a couple that have been waiting a long time.

Anything new on the CSC tranfer front yet? After being touched so many times (4 times in 4 days, for me), can we say that approval is getting close or that the welcome letter has being mailed? Wouldn't it be great? :dance::dance::dance:

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.

Nothing has happened on my case since it was touched on June 18th :-( As Peter Miami and Stina and I were all stuck waiting together I thought when their cases would move so would mine...but no such luck. I am still in darkness :-( I really pray for a CSC transfer since South Carolina told me to expect a two year wait if they get it :-(
