Can someone please post a link to the current income requirements/poverty guidelines? I'm trying to help out a friend who's currently filing for her husband. Thanks!

For whatever reason, the 2011 poverty guidelines were taken down. Before they did though, I saved a copy to my computer. I uploaded a copy here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B9bvTEwLyHz1MTFlZDI3Y2YtZDU3OS00YjY3LWI0YjktNGExYWQwNDU5OTZk&hl=en And you can always find the 2010 poverty guidelines here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

2010 are still in effect at this time. From what was shown 2011 won't be much higher. Can't really be given the economy.
