The K1 visa she'll get after her interview is good for ONE entry into America for 6 months, so if she gets the visa, and it's dated February 20, it will expire August 20 - it'll be a close call!

For Manila, the visa will expire six months from the date of the medical exam, so use that as your guide. You could always delay the interview, if needed.

That is how my wife's was, so her visa was only good for 4 months since she did an advanced medical 2 months prior to the interview with no issues. You wont know for sure 100% what the expiration date will be until you get the visa in hand and look at it, but the 6 months from the medical is a good rule of thumb.

Not that I know of...but the medical is only valid for so long....6 months in most cases for visa entry.
