Spacing for Addresses

Anyone else have/had problems with your addresses not fitting in the space provided on the forms (specifically G-325A at the moment)?? Addresses in Nicaragua are so long (directions)that they won't fit!? Should I just handwrite those in, even though I've typed everything else??

I printed mine out after I filled in everything that would fit, then wrote the ones that didn't fit by hand into the boxes.

Two things:

1) Put them on a separate sheet of paper with your spouse name on it. We just said "See atatched schedule" on the form.

2) But more important, my wife is in Costa Rica where addresses are the same as Nicaragua--her address in English is 400 meters south and 600 meters east of the church, across from the XYZ condominiums. When I sent that to the Chicago Lockbox, they returned it saying they wanted the street address. I sent them a letter explaining that addresses in CR are directions, and that what I had submitted was correct. They accepted it the second time around, and we are someplace in the normal process, so I urge you to write an explanation why you are not giving them a simple street address.

As always if it dont fit, somply note on the line "See Attached" and attach a sheet, noting document (G-325A) and line, and on the sheet put the address.

Ya, chinese addresses sometimes same problem.

I left hers blank, then PASTED IN (WITH GLUE) a strip of paper that had it all in there, from 8 point font size output.

I did the filling in by handwriting afterwards...

For example....1/2 Cuadra hacia al Norte --was typed, then filled in by hand, San Isidro, Matagalpa, Nicaragua

I typed everything that would fit and if it didn't left it blank and hand wrote it. I love the central american address system... it's so much more personal than a number on a grid.
