My fiance lives in paraguay. Here if you don't work for a large company all of the work is done under the table and paid in cash. So if he just put the employers name and address is that ok or does he need to put phone # also? And a general question on the form it just asks for name of employer and address therefore no phone # is needed?

Hi Lizinparaguay!

I would technically put he is unemployeed if there is no way to 'legally' collaborate that he is indeed working. If the Embassy does their backround checks and can not find your fiance technically employeed at his under the table job, it may raise a flag. But if 'under the table' means that they also state he works there, than cool. Bueno eso son mis consejos y les deseo muy buena suerte!

I don't recall you needing to put your employer's phone number... Just name and address.. Confirmation anyone?

I am pretty sure we had to add phone number as well.

I just now glanced at the G-325A and all it asks for is employer name and address.
