Mumbai USEM to the rescue - however, sad news all around!! Looks like there is a freeze in all category, except F4 retrogressing two more years to Jan 1, 2000.

Don't give up hope yet...there's light at the end of the turnnel. It will change in a couple of months.

Yeah, I'm confused. How do they go from Jan 2002 for f4 to Jan 2000. Something seems a little fishy. Sometimes they seem to stop or go back a few months, if a few more people responded than they thought, but how do you loose 2 years? Very discouraging.

Please can someone explain me what is FX category ! Is F2A and FX are same categories ?

I know F2A is for Spouse and children under 21 of permanent residents.
