Anytime Garrett,

We are all in this together.

By looking at the current approval dates it seems like 2 more months wait for us to get approved. I think the last touch was to see if our I-130 package was missing any documents so they could send out a RFE.

Garett & Mark-Laura,

mine are similar dates as well and shows Feb 23rd as the last update. My guess is end of May is when we should hear. I did see someone with a Dec 14th date get their approval notice :)

Still waiting to hear from IRS on the ITIN, once I have that, i'll send in my request for tax transcripts, want to get these docs already requested so that once the AOS stuff begins I don't lose out on any of the days.

Hope that we get the approval when you tell !!!!! will cross my fingers and toes. I am now in Canada, just by the US border for 15 more weeks. I was refused to enter the US even if bringing a lot of ties to Spain. My husband works near the border. I think he has also requested about the ITIN no. for me for the taxes. I have to ask him in detail. Hope for the best !!!!!!!

I meant for two more weeks sorry !!!!!!!!!!

Also a January filer here

Married 1/1/11

Submitted I-130 Jan 7th 2011

NOA 1 text and hard copy by 13th Jan

Touched 23rd Feb 2011.

Good to see that some jan filers are starting to get approvals though!

If the site stating within 5 months is still true, we expect approval or denial within the next 4 1/2 weeks June 15th is our guesstimate
