No I haven't sent the I 864 package yet. Nvc. Didn't sent me any instructions yet., but I already paid the i864 fees. Today I paid the IV fees if $230 and its still pending...... I hope now they will email me i864 and IV packet info.....any suggestions plssss

You don't need to wait for anything from NVC. As soon as each fee shows as PAID you can send in the related package.

On the NVC fee payment site there will be a link to the AOS Processing Instructsions: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html.

Just follow those instructions and make sure you include the cover page from the receipt page - the one with the bar code on it.

Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

I am preparing DS-230 for my parents and came across with question 31a & 31b kind of confusing..I have filed I-130 for my sister too.

do i need to write my sister name in 31b?

and what to write in 31a?

I called NVC this afternoon and was told that my mom didn't get assigned an interview date in London for July - call back 2nd week of July for an August date. How disappointing, I was sure she'd get her interview in July sad.gif.

Does anyone know if this is a "definite" NO for July interviews? My mom said that she'd come out here for a few weeks if she didn't get a July appointment ... I don't want to tell her to come if there's the possibility they could come up with a date in July.

Hello there!

My mother's interview is in 2 days at the Guayaquil's Cosulate

Question: Is there a fee to be paid at the consulate prior the interview?

She shouldn't pay anything!You already paid the IV fee the only payment she will do is for the courier to deliver her visa!Any fee regarding the process NO.

Please let's us know the details of her interview when is done and Best of luck!
