This is what i put together to send.PLease critic and let me know if i need more.

History. I am a usc and married a woman from el salvador that came here on a B2 visa.

Her visa expired in 4/2008.So she is out of status. We married in 09/2010.

o Form I-864: Affidavit of Support from sponsor ME

o Passport photos of petitioner and beneficiary.

o Form I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

 G-325A for petitioner

 G-325A for beneficiary

o Photocopy of birth certificate of petitioner as proof of citizenship

o Photocopy of beneficiary’s passport

o Certified photocopy of the beneficiary’s birth certificate

o Certified photocopy of the beneficiary’s translated birth certificate

o Certified photocopy of the petitioner's divorce documents

o Certified photocopy of the beneficiary’s divorce documents

o Certified photocopy of Marriage Certificate as evidence of relationship

o Photocopy of a lease showing joint tenancy

o Copy of bank account

o Affidavit of friend supporting evidence of a bona fide marriage

o I-693: Sealed envelope containing medical reports from civil surgeon.

o Photocopy of I-94, front and back as evidence of current status

o Photocopy of Marriage Certificate as evidence of relationship

 Copy of recent pay stub as proof of employment.

 Copy of letter from company i work for. verifying employment

 2007 Federal Income Tax Return

 2008 Federal Income Tax Return

 2009 Federal Income Tax Return

 2009 Federal Income Tax Return Transcript

On her I-765 i put down where she worked even though she was paid cash. But I met her at her work and figured it would be best to list that since explaining how we met.

Please let me know how all this looks.I have been reading for a month now and putting this together and would love to send tomorrow.

Looks good to me. Make sure all documents in foreign languages are translated (and submit a copy of the original). Good luck!!

Note: You should be posting in the AOS from Other forum right below this one. I know they are confusing! Hopefully a mod will move this post :)

Does the I-864 need to be notarized?

moved from AOS from a family based visa to AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visas forum as OP is adjusting from a visitors visa
