History. I am a usc and married a woman from el salvador that came here on a B2 visa.

Her visa expired in 4/2008.So she is out of status. We married in 09/2010.

 2009 Federal Income Tax Return

 2009 Federal Income Tax Return Transcript

On her I-765 i put down where she worked even though she was paid cash. But I met her at her work and figured it would be best to list that since explaining how we met.

Please let me know how all this looks.I have been reading for a month now and putting this together and would love to send tomorrow.

1-04-2011 - Sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

1-06-2011 - usps delivered poackage

1-12-2011 - Recieved email and text message of NOA

1-14-2011 - Payment checks cleared bank

1-18-2011 - Recieved NOA for I-485 , I-130 and I-765

Looks good to me. Make sure all documents in foreign languages are translated (and submit a copy of the original). Good luck!!

Note: You should be posting in the AOS from Other forum right below this one. I know they are confusing! Hopefully a mod will move this post :)
