it's been past 3 days now since I've scheduled an interview for the 6th, but until now I still can't get my confirmation letter to be print out I tried other members suggestion like adding == at the end of the URL when the error message occur but it still didn't work for my case I wonder what happened to it? I don't know what to do anymore with this :( I'm just getting more and more frustrated. Why is this thing so complicated??? who to blame?????? arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

Email the Embassy and have them email you a copy.

did that already and as expected...it didn't work for me but thanks for the info maybe I'll just call the call center again and won't hang up until I have a print out copy in my hand. I guess the new system were trying to test how far is my patience

what I was thinking is call them and ask them to reschedule my appointment and won't hang up until I print my confirmation letter ....oh and how do you print your screen???? just confuse about that. but thanks for all your suggestions guys

Hit the print screen button and then open a word document and hit edit, then paste. Why so much worry about the letter, they will have you on the

schedule for interview that day, just go to embassy.

Go back to www.ustraveldocs.com then click applying for visa immigrant appointment then click download my appointment letter. U need to have ur passport no., UID no and ur password.
