Rach called again tonight.. they put in another service request so i can expect another generic mail stating "you are within your timeframe, we are dealing with july 10th filers....etc"

We are at 6 months this saturday.. way to go vermont!! :crying:

Met - September 13 2007 in Birmingham Alabama

Engaged - February 12 2010 in Linlithgow Palace, Scotland

NOA1 - July 8 2010

Medical Passed - March 15

Interview - April 12.. = APPROVED!!!!!!

Work Visas, TPS Visas, anything that doesn't deal with U.S. citizen interests pretty much.

Sounds about right, but i dont know how they can be under the impression u are still within time frame!!!

Paul also called tonight... he finally got to talk to an immigration officer and she told him that they cant put a service request in because we are within our time frame :bonk:but she also said that our case is "officially being reviewed now" what this mean??? IDK!!!

More news.. Rach got a letter from congress stating they are now dealing with our case = Good Times. but......USCIS have given them a timescale of at least 30 days for an outcome = Bad Times.. Im now off to find a brick wall in this house that I haven't yet banged my head on!!!!

I would take that as a human has the case and is going over it to see if they approve it or RFE you (if needed)

I am in Germany on my 3 months Mark.. he is coming down in March as it seems to Germany which excites me a lot :)

Good for you hun, well we have just got the NOA2, i called NVC to see if they have it yet, they dont, so waiting begins again I guess :( Hopefully things will move a little quicker now! PM me so we can talk NY!
