Hi All! and merry xmas

So.. my girlfriend is just about to file our I-129F forms with everything needed.

However i have been looking everywhere on how do we pay / file ?

Does she put the check inside the envelope adresses to homeland security ?

Because on the site it says

"Electronic Deposit of Checks – If you are paying your fees by check to the cashier, we will convert your check into an electronic fund transfer. When you hand your signed check to the cashier, we will scan your check and retain it. We will then use the account information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer from your checking account for the amount of the check. "

What cashier are they talking about ? she will be sending it with USPS so she will go to their office, is it that cashier that they are talking about ? does she just give them her check and they will sort it out?

thanks

I am not sure where you are getting this information from. You pay with either a personal check or money order (that you can get at any post office)

and where do i put the check ? in the folder that i am sending or do igive it to the chasier at the us postoffice

Cheque (check) goes in your packet with the I129F. Not sure what the correct amount is now. Check the USCIS website.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Hello, we just filed our I-129F with fees attached to the application as stated on USCIS instruction; it says "clip it" somewhere on instructions, I think. The correct fee as of November 23, 2010 is $340 USD (but double check me on this-- that's what I sent in by Bank Money Order & it cleared fine). I photocopied the Money Order with our Petitioner & Beneficiary names, attached [paperclip] the actual Check to that, so after they cashed the check, that photocopy of what I sent in, became a part of our application records. Also, one step further was to have our bank give me a copy of the cashed check, front and back for our records/ file. Good luck, and I hope that helped. Mari and Kadir

Paper clip the check to the top of the stack of paper you mail. The cashier they are talking about is the one who will remove the check from the stack after it arrives.
