I'm not very hip. Our main tv is not flat, it's old but big and $30 from craigslist. Our PC monitor/tv is the flat one, that we don't watch tv on much. Maybe one day I will have a cool phone. :P We just don't feel like spending money on all that stuff.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

Have you seen the prices on the flat screen tv's lately? You can get a decent 32" for under $300 now. For watching movies, I don't think I could back to the square dimensions of the old tv's.

We have a flat screen and a Keurig machine which I counted as "high end" though I'm not sure it qualifies.

We're leaning towards getting Droids for each other for Chrsitmas.

Jinky has the iPod touch and with it's WiFi, we never have to pay extra for internet use, especially since she mostly uses it at home. If we were on the road a lot, I'd love to get an Android phone, but I can't honestly say it'd be worth the extra $40 something a month.

I'd love to get an iPad if Santa is reading this.

"I'm so hip, I can't see over my own pelvis!" :)

But I don't own a bunch of that stuff.

DON'T PANIC

I'm looking into the possibility of a tethering app so that we don't have to get broadband at home. That would cancel out the added cost of the data plan for the phone.

You dont have any gaming consoles on your poll :( fail

Oh dammit....I was going to add them. Probably should have had them in instead of a wine cooler. There's a max of 12 entries so it was impossible to include every technological device that is out there though.

We have a bunch of stuff like that...we're moderately tech savvy. We also have a 360 that we stream netflix through.

Eventually, we'll get another tv, but for now there's really nothing that either one of us want immediately or need. We're using all our Christmas spending for Nicholas and his needs & fun stuff for him.
