Beyond the heat, I also think it's unrealistic that they will be able to build the remaining NINE *9* stadiums required to host in sufficient time. They seem ill-prepared and ill-suited to host this kind of world event, imo.

No problemo - all they have to do is wave those petrodollars at Skanska and they will have their staduims in time.
