i listen to sad songs and cry when no one can see me wallowing today

usually pull myself out of it by cooking and baking because i cook up a storm when sad but usually cant eat ... feeding people makes me happy so that eventually makes me feel better. just not there yet today though

thanks everyone, been feeling so down for awhile (for few months) and been trying to stay "up" (comedies etc) but these past few weeks have just really kicked me in the teeth. hard not to dwell on the bad when it's in your face every day.

and "some old guy" if my husband were here, that would be keeping me from getting depressed LOL!

actually i guess i understand now why some people would not come back after their SOs have arrived becasue for me it would feel like i'd be rubbing people's faces in it if i were to post anything happy knowing others are feleing like this. {sigh}
