I am about to send my AOS Package.. i know im late.. i have to pay the increased amount of filing fees... :-(...

anyways i had a question regarding filling out the I-765...

The top part where it is says Which USCIS office and DAtes.. what do i put there? do i put where i sent my K-1 package? vermont or do i put chicago? i am confused.. and what date do i put? todays date or when my husbands visa got approved.. please help!...

You only have to fill out that part if you previously filed I-765. If your answer for question 11 is 'No', then just write N/A for Which USCIS office.

11/15/2010 - I-485, I-765, I-131 filed

11/30/2010 - NOA received

12/13/2010 - Biometrics appointment letter received

12/23/2010 - Attended biometrics

1/3/2011 - Notice of I-485 transferred to NBC

1/29/2011 - Interview notice received for March 1st

2/7/2011 - EAD arrived

2/11/2011 - AP arrived

3/1/2011 - Attended interview

1/7/2012 - Received permanent resident card

It is related to question # 11 -Have you ever applied from employment authorization from UCSIS...If you answered 'No' then leave it blank.

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)
