3. Original Passport of the beneficiary

4. VFS office payment receipt

5. 4 Passport Size Photographs of the Beneficiary

Marital relationship - Primary Evidence

• Copy of Marriage Certificate – original already submitted to NVC

• Copy of receipt from Gurudwara (Temple) indicating the date and place of marriage

Marital relationship - Secondary Evidence

• Affidavits from parents and other family members – all together 6 affidavits

• Copies of pages of visa and stamp on Petitioner's passport - already submitted to VFS

• Petitioner's Dates of travel to India with copies of plane e-tickets

• Dates of stay in Hotel – lost the receipt, but have dates and hotel's business card
