Question on I-485

I was reading the instructions for I-485 and it says that

Based on admission as the K-1 fiance of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen

Attach a copy of fiance approval notice (is that the NOA2 that we received when we filed teh I129F), a coupy of your marraige certificate and your form 1-94 (do we take that form out of the passport or can we sub mmite the copy).

Where can i find the checklist of what to send with my package to the USCIS?

Any help or advice needed please!

Do not detach the I-94 in your passport, you just have to photocopy the front and the back.

yes.. thats the NOA2 "approval notice". you just need to photo copy the front and back portion of the card,,, do not detach the i-94 card in your passport to avoid losing it. when i submitted mine, i also attached a photo copy of each page of my passport as been suggested by the lawyer.
