I have few questions....

My husband is unemployed student, does he feel out the I-864 as it is and then his father is a joint sponsor? or he is not feeling in the I-864 and his father is the only sponsor???

I don't understand how this go either, for AOS i need to pay I-485 amount of $930, and what else? Since I read that it is 1010$ for AOS.

And what evidence do you send along when applying for the travel document, do you need an G-325A for both of you and proof of his citizenship?

Thank you sooo much!!!

Husband is the sponsor, even with zero income. Father is the joint sponsor.

AOS fee is $1010 ($930 plus a biometrics fee of $80), but new higher fees start November 23.

For the travel document-We sent-photo ID (photocopy of passport page), Photocopy of I-94 (front and back), Two passport photos. A statement saying Advance Parole was requested in case emergency travel to the home country was needed. You could say anything, even to attend my brother's wedding. Some people don't even send that and are fine.

The G-325A is not part of that I-131 application. It goes woth the I-485 Adjustment of Status. Only the immigrant sends G-325A.

You don't send anything with the I-131 stating a reason for applying, it's not needed for AOS applicants. Sending it doesn't hurt anything but I wouldn't waste my time.
