g325 and money order amount question

Hi all,

Just about finished up with the packet that I can hopefully send out tommorow. We are filing aos for my wife and k2 step daughter (7yr old ). Since the child is 7 do I have to fill out a g325 for her packet also? And question 2.. Our fee will be 1010 for wife and 600 for daughter. Should I break up the payments into 930+80 for wife and 600 for child or just a single money order of 1610?

AOS- Sent Nov. 8th 2010 Chicago Lockbox

AOS- Received Nov.12 2010 Chicago Lockbox

AOS- Received NOA1 Nov. 16 via email

AOS- Received Hard Copy Noa1's via US Postal Nov 18.

AOS- i485,EAD,AP for wife/ EAD for child touched Nov.19

AOS- Received Biometrics for mother and child Nov.22nd via US Postal scheduled for Dec 15th.

AOS- Went in for Biometrics. Dec 15th at 8am. Pretty fast..took bout 20 min in and out for mother and child.

AOS- Recieved NOA2 Jan 10th. Appt set for Feb.8th at 1:30pm

AOS- Approved Feb 8 Permanent residency

Single money order with the total amount is accepted, though most members prefer personal checks so they can monitor when it is cashed. No G-325A needed for kids below 14 years old.

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

I was also under the impression that money orders are limited to $1000 per money order (from others posts).
