hi guys

when filling out the AOS forms, do i need to use my new last name on ALL the forms?, even the advanced parole form?

again, just to make sure, does everything cost $1081.00?

07/01/10: Emailed the embassy and discovered the adress on record is incorrect; Packet 3 was emailed to me as a PDF attachment

23/03/10: Interview: Approved
25/03/10: Picking up passport

New last name on all forms.

$1010 until Nov 23, then $1070 I believe. So you have about 2 weeks to prepare everything if you want to get it in before the fee increase.

Just remember they need to have ACCEPTED your parcel by Nov 23rd, not you just send it by then. Meaning your NOA1 must have a date PRE-Nov 23rd on it.

It took my case 8 days from mailing it to get my NOA1s (via email, but that was when they were dated) so keep that in mind.
