these stupid azzlicks... they approve our expedite the first time, 40 days later a second time, but third time now they say they need aditional info faxed to them but dont list what they need so when i call, the lame brain tier 1 says it's an RFE and it should say so across the top ... i tell her no, it is an expedite request where they are asking for more info {sigh} she wont transfer me to tier 2 and i'm about to blow my brains out. i hope they dont have me in a f*ing RFE pile in TSC now

i think DH is right, pull the damn petitions and start over; i was in tears when he said that but i think he's right, just dump this ####### and start over, people are being approved in 69 days, just like last january when it was like 62 or 63 days

i have worked so hard on this but it's like fighting a losing battle, or throwing good money after bad (or in this case throwing good time after bad)

Edited by nab

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Good Morning everyone,

It's day 200+ for us, still nothing from USCIS, but we're hoping that tonight it comes down that we're on the approved list. With everything that I've been seeing, and reading, I say congrats to those that have been approved, and have moved from the black hole to the the Minotaur's Maze of the NVC. I hope that those in the maze make there way to the end without any problem. Otherwise, I hope to see more approvals tonight.

Thomas...
