Are you applying for them or are they applying for you?

You applying for both your sibling and your fiancee won't affect eachother, but you will need to make enough money to support them all financially (125% of the povertyline for however many immigrants and your own household).

If they are applying for you, for the K1 app there may be some stricter questions as to your motivation for the visa app- ie they will want to make sure you truly have a bonafide relationship with your fiancee and are not just applying for the fiancee visa to come to the USA, as you clearly want to immigrate.

In terms of time, the K1 gets processed immediately- usually takes 6-8 months from filing of initial papers to interview. Siblings of US citizens take longer, for India the wait is currently 9 years.

IF you have a chance to apply I130, please apply I130 (but you have to get married before filling I130).

From your name, it looks that you will be going to Delhi Embassy... They are very tough on K1 visa due to high fraud.

Please think about it first...
