each intended immigrant alien requires there own visa application... You can attach whichever affidavit of support to each individual application

YMMV

You can with the I-864, which is used for AOS and immigrant (e.g., spousal) visas, but consulates often will only accept one co-sponsor with the I-134. In that event, the consulate will expect the co-sponsor to have qualifying income which is sufficient for all intending immigrants.

You should also consider how this looks to a consular officer. They have to make a discretionary decision whether there is a chance that the intending immigrant(s) will become a public charge in the US. They want a reasonable guarantee from the sponsoring US citizen that this won't happen. When you have to use a co-sponsor you are telling them that you alone cannot provide them this guarantee. If you have to submit multiple co-sponsors then you're telling them that you can't even a find a single co-sponsor who can make this guarantee on their own. There's always a chance that a co-sponsor who signs an I-134 won't step up to the plate and sign an I-864 when it comes time to adjust status in the US. The odds of this happening increase when there are multiple co-sponsors. Some consulates are so concerned about this happening that they will only accept a co-sponsor who is a close family member of either the US citizen or the foreign beneficiary, since there is less chance a family member would back out.

It would be better if you can find a single co-sponsor who can qualify to sponsor everyone on their own.
