I have a question ... i filled in the g325-a form and i printed out and there are only 2 pages. Some people here say "make sure you sign in all of 4 pages from the form" . Now, is something going wrong with my printing or is this a new version of the G325a form?

2 pages is fine. Read the pinned topic at the top of this forum regarding what the director at VSC had to say about this very thing.

There used to be 4 pages of the same first page in the document you have now. All four copies had to be submitted.

The new form is 1 page, plus the instructions page. You only need the first page, printed once, to be submitted. Instructions are not required to be sent.
