Check not even cashed yet

Hi,

I sent my I-129F on September 30th, 2010 and USPS tracking shows that it was delivered to Dallas on October 3rd.

My bank's online banking site shows that the check hasn't even been cashed yet. I haven't received the NOA1 either.

Should I be worried at this point?

Also I didn't submit the form for email/text alerts. Is there a way for me to sign up for that at this point?

I live in California so my application should go to CSC.

Is the checked cashed at the Dallas lockbox? Or does it get cached when it reaches CSC?

no,i wouldnt be worried.

the entire system is slow at the moment,there might be a backlog,so,it could be that dallas is not going through any new cases until all the older ones are shared between vermont and csc.keep checking your account and hang in there

I sent mine on 9/17. My check was cashed but haven't received NOA1 either. I called the toll free number and the guy told me to call him if I haven't received it in 30 days. California Service Center as well.

We had Noa before Cash was Checked and stated on Bank statements

Ours took about 8 days from the receipt date to be cashed and then a few more days to actually show up on the bank's website. So don't get too stressed out yet!
