I have put ©(9) as I beleive they stated in instructions if you are filing with I-485, this is category you should choose, but I have also seen other category for K-3 visa holders.

Can somebody suggest me what should be this category for K-3 if I am filing this along with I-485?

You are correct. C9 :)

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to " Working & Traveling During US Immigration" as this is relating to an EAD**

You're right. As a K-3 entrant you are eligible for an EAD under two different categories. One is as an adjustment applicant, the other as a K-3 holder. If you apply under C9 (adjustment applicant) then you can get the fee waived because you're filing concurrently or after AOS. This doesn't work if you aren't ALSO filing for AOS at this time. If you apply under the K-3 classification, then you have to pay the fee, and the EAD is tied to your K-3 status. This may not be so bad for you because K-3 is a longer lasting status, but it is a big deal for K-1 entrants (incase any are reading). In both cases, however, it is best to get it under C9 and filing concurrently or after the adjustment filing.
