Hello,

what are the forms I need to fill out prior and after marriage to my fiance here in the usa, she has been here for just over 60 days and we plan on flying out to vegas in a couple weeks and making it official, what do I need to have before we can and also what do I need to file after we are married?

Thanks for all the help,

You can fill out an application for your Vegas marriage license online; it will save some time when you head down to the marriage bureau.

Check this out for the link to the form and id requirements:

After marriage, checkout the K1 AOS guide on here.

OP - there is an AOS thread in my signature that should help you out.

Best of luck,

** moved from "K1 Process" to "AOS (Family)" as this is an AOS qn **
