I filed the I 130 application and it was approved on the 14th of September, please tell me what is the next step, because this lawyer said that I needed to file a visa waiver but someone from an immigration helpline told me that I didn't need to do that, she said that this lawyer was just rying to get more money from me I have already paid him over three thousand dollars. What do i do next? PLEASE HELP Me.....

Thats a lot of morning for how little work has been done I suggest you educate yourself on the process from here on out and get it done for less money yourself. A lot of great information and what not on this and many sites so you should be able to guide yourself on the rest of this process. IF they tell you a waiver is not needed most times I would go with the judgment of the government on their own process. Seeing that your I-130 was approved don't seem like a waiver is needed for your case.

I'd say you need to do 'NVC processing' , but I'm basing that on some assumption that the foreign beneficiary is living out of the country.
