What to send with AOS

Hello

My husband (US Citizen) and I are getting our package ready to send off for our AOS. I have most things but just have a question about a couple things:

We have our certified marriage certificate, do we need to send any pictures from the wedding?

Do i need to send a copy of my husbands birth certificate or passport (i have copies of mine)

I have the following, do i need anything else?

• Money Order for the amount of $1010

• Form I-485: Petition for Alien Relative

• G-325A: Biographic Information

• I-693: Medical Examination

• I-864: Affidavit of Support and supporting documents

• I-765: Application for Employment Authorization

• Copy of Beneficiaries Passport (Biographical Page)

• Copy of Beneficiaries K1 Visa and entry stamp into the United States

• Copy of NOA2 “Approval” from I-129F

• Copy of Beneficiaries I-94 card (Front and Back)

• A copy of Beneficiaries Birth Certificate

• A certified copy of our Marriage Certificate

• Two passport photos of Beneficiary

---3 tax returns including copies of W2s (Photocopy)

---six recent pay stubs (Photocopy)

(If needed)Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (by Co-sponsor) with photocopies of supporting documents:

---Proof of co-sponsors citizenship/status, ie US birth ceritificate, bio page of passport, naturalization papers, or LPR status

---Employment letter

---3 tax returns including copies of W2s (Photocopy)

---six recent pay stubs (Photocopy)

Photocopy of I-797 Notice of Action, I-129 Petition Approval Notice from USCIS (That's your NOA2)

Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record (card from the plane, may be stapled in passport)

Form I-693 with the immunization section filled out by a US Civil Surgeon, signed and sealed by him. Read the instructions for the form.

or DS-3025 from UK medical if all shots were completed at Knightsbridge if you want to take that chance

Photocopy of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure record

I -131 (Advance Parole travel document)

Photographs (2) of immigrant (passport type)

And a check for $1010 made out to the Department of Homeland Security

Don't frontload your AOS file.

You'll bring the wedding album loaded photos with you to the interview. It will have more weight than all the other evidence combined.

There's an AOS thread in my signature which has the list of required documents. Approved with no RFE and in only 3 months. Someone else following my guide was approved in 38 days (or thereabouts).
