Well at least I finally know CSC hasn't lost us in a pile. Just got an RFE notification. I hope the letter gets here quickly because I'm REALLY curious about what it could be for. Please please let it be something simple.

I just think contacting your congressman should be reserved for when something has gone wrong and you're outside processing times, not just because you're impatient. USCIS posts timelines for a reason

This just in!! (well when I woke up it was there) Email and text notification that card production has been ordered!!

So relieved! I couldn't think of anything else we could possibly submit (except those pesky bank statements I had forgotten)

We are officially done for 10yrs! unless I change my mind and go citizenship, which I'm still very undecided on BUT it is the only way to eliminate USCIS from being in our lives. That in itself is a huge motive for citizenship, especially after all this!!!!

I'll let you know when that lovely little card is in my possession!

RFE is for his medical. Man this is a racket USCIS is running. I think it's a scam or gross negligence at best that they "lose" so many people's medicals.

At least we found a reasonably priced CS around here who said the whole thing would be $195. He has an appointment in two days.
