I spoke with a really nice operator just now and was told that our case is in the final stages of review and we should get case closed soon. She also said that a letter is being sent to my husband (beneficiary) requesting the Police Certificate from Greece (another country he lived in for 15 years) She also said that the case will be forwarded to the Embassy in Bucharest and that the Greek authorities will send the Police Certificate to the Embassy directly. Something new...blink.gifso now we wait for CC and the letter requesting the PC.

Loto, just a few more hours for the interview kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif I will be praying for you.

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

Ok Guys Spoke with NVC today, about the avr is saying that the docs are missing blah blah. This very very very nice NVC agent told me that the AOS was reviewed and cleared and what looks like the IV was scanned, but not reviewed yet, thus NVC computer system is waiting for the DS-230.

She told me that to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the review (The General answer they give to every one), but looking at the NVC tracker it takes roughly 7 - 10 days to SIF.

So some load off my shoulders that at least the AOS is cleared and if IV goes well i guess an SIF some time mid next week, Wooooooooooohoooooooooooo Party Time.
