ready to send out my AOS packet and just wanted to confirm that i didnt forget anything or see if you have any ideas on things to add :)

Well its been almost 23 hours since my wife had her interview appointment and I have not heard anything. I dont know what to think. Actually the last time I heard from her was about 18 hours before her interview when we spoke on the phone. Guess I will just have to wait and see what the heck is going on. I dont like playing Colombo if you know what I mean. I hope she can defend her actions as I dont see this as cultural but plan #### ignorant. As you can tell I am getting really pissed and know body like me when I am.

I misplaced her cell # because she always calls me and they have no phone at her house. I will email her sister in Australia and she what she might know.

I cant think of anything we were missing in our package. I am thinking that she forgot to do something on her side after all this time and is scrambling now to correct it before speaking to me but that's just a guess on my part. I tried early on to get her more involved in this process but she basically said she was doing it but was but didnt always tell me because she was too busy at work... I really dont need this SH*****

I will keep you all posted as I find out whats going on. Hopefully she is okay and just stupid. :blink:

Looks good, Make sure NVC Case# is written top right corner of every page except the barcode cover sheet.

Yes, I also hope to have it cleared sometimes today. It would be better if it clears before 5:00 PM today so that I could do next day delivery :D

Looks good too, write beneficiary full name, DOB and NVC Case# on the back side of the photos.

Hope the beneficiary doesn't have other documents such as Military doc, Deportation, Court/Prison doc etc. :star:

Also, remember to produce beneficiary's originals of the above at interview time.

Looks good too, write beneficiary full name, DOB and NVC Case# on the back side of the photos.

Hope the beneficiary doesn't have other documents such as Military doc, Deportation, Court/Prison doc etc. :star:

Also, remember to produce beneficiary's originals of the above at interview time.

11/03/10 - paid IV fee bill

11/14/10 - IV fee bill shown as paid

11/09/10 - AOS package sent overnight FedEx

11/10/10 - AOS package rec'd -signed for by G.PETERS

11/22/10 - AOS package entered into system (took 8 days from the time it was delivered)

11/16/10 - IV package sent

11/18/10 - IV package rec'd -signed for by J.DESMOND

11/??/10 - IV package entered into system

11/24/10 - Case Complete due to expedite request

11/26/10 - Sent to USEM Paris -- case was expedited

12/01/2010 - called the embassy and found out that our case was returned to NVC, unopened, unreviewed, dont know why.

have been contacting NVC, embassy, USCIS, and DoS daily, as of 12/15 our case is in no one's system. waiting for answers..
