I understood your situation. Since your NVC Case# was on 10/14, it will take 1 or 2 days (may be tonight) to become the invoice ready to pay. The above email is provided by your request and it is not the auto generated when the invoice is actually ready.

I was checking all the docs for AOS and I just noticed that my Co sponser has not changed her resident card to her married name. Will this be a problem??!!

Yes, it could be the problem. Alongwith her permanent card, include her legal name change document too.

Her GC and Marriage Certificate is absolutely fine. The point here is they want to make sure it is the same person who are making the co-sponsorship.

Actually guys, what's weird is that I *do* have the IIN - they sent it to me via email, as pasted below. But I have not received the email package and when I sign in, I am successful but both payment status are "NOT INVOICED" This is what is worrying me...

Try to directly talk to multiple NVC operators to push for IIN.

IIN is the same for both AOS and IV fee payments. AOS has no link with the beneficiary, it is solely petitioner's document. So, IIN will be generated for AOS.

But, to generate IV fee, DS-3032 must be accepted. It is completely the beneficiary's document. But the moment, benefciairy assigns the agent to the petitioner (or another person), the petitioner gains the control to communicate the IV package, pay IV fee etc.

Some people will not see IV fee generated even after few days of AOS payment - why? Because DS-3032 is not accepted or earlier emailed DS-3032 is not properly attached to the NVC case file. So, what should do? Again email a scanned copy of DS-3032 that's signed and completed by the beneficiary to NVC. This DS-3032 will have barcode in it and provided by NVC along with AOS invoice email. Then, push NVC operator to issue the IV fee.

Pushing NVC is the best method to get out quicker!

Hey everyone how are you i am happy for all who are moving forward in this journey...but i have some bad news and my husband and i need help badly...since last update you know we finally got approved and we have been waiting three long years for this and unfourtunately something sudden came up and let me explain..please.....I just got out of the hospital yesterday they just diagnosed me with Crohn's diesease and so after a year of getting our Co-Sponsor she felt with me being sick she needed to pull out of the Co-Sponsor position...Please can someone help us with one to find one and to bless us to be together...Due to myself not having family or anyone else close enough my husband and i need your surggestions or any help you can.....if anyone knows how we feel or what we are going threw please know what this means to us to be together and be a family....my husband and Daughter are all i have in this life....
