I just wanted my husband knows and confirm him that everything was ok with me then i called him by public phone 10 times but it worked only 2 times ( while i was in terminal B I found the shop to sell prepaid card but it has not ) then I asked the American Airline staff names Sobi at Terminal B 14 to help me, he said no, I borrow him cellphone to call to my husband he said NO, and He said he would not help cause it's not his business I told him that I tried to call my husband 10 times but it's not work I put more coin on the public phone but the hell it would not work, ( Damn ? ) I explained to him that I am new here and this is my first time I trip alone to usa but he said He doesn't care I should someone else to help me. I will complain with american airline and my family and my husband told me that we will not use american airline anymore if i write the complain and have not fedback back to me.

I'm sorry for such horrible trip and experience, especially that it is your first time to land here. Where is Suvanaphu? I tried to Google it and it is returning somewhere in Thailand? Is that correct?

I would think that the airport security people or information desk SHOULD at least assist on cases like this. But we can not expect that, of course. If you will be going around by yourself, try getting a mobile phone. You may just use it for emergency purposes.

I hope you get a good rest after such long trip and experience.

if you found a pay-phone - you could have called your husband 'collect' - ask him to teach you how to do, later?

Sorry for yer troubles, really.

Welcome to USA !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I opened roaming cell phone by Dtac but it's not work here in usa

those are useless, alas -

is better to pick up prepaid SIM card from ATT or Tmobile service.

The sad bit - is impossible to find a vendor at the airport - must have it in hand prior to leaving -

which means USC Spouse must provide for you, before you leave.

Sorry for the pain, really.
