Hi Everyone,

My husband and I went for the interview today and it went well. The immigration officer asked me for my state id, driver's license and passport. After that he swore us in, made us sign a paper saying that we are pushing through with the interview without our lawyer present, asked basic questions about our relationship and made copies of our check showing both our names, car insurance policy and life insurance policy. That was it. The IO was very nice and joked with us a little bit and then he said that he will notify us if they need more information from us or if we have to come in for a second interview which he clearly stated that he doesn't foresee happening. Then he walked us to the door. When we got home I checked the status online because I have seen some posts here that it gets updated soon after the interview, when I checked online it says "CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED" so is it safe to say that we got approved?

More good news! We had our interview today and our IO was extremely nice, joked with us, made us feel at ease. Asked a few simple questions and then said that our petition was approved and that we should expect to receive the Green Card in the mail in about 3 weeks. Whohoo!
