  2. when you file an adjustment of status you also file a I-130 concurrently with that for the complete package so that is why I worded my question the way I did. Also you don't have to be rude in your comments. Can someone else give me the proper input. Thank you.

  10. I've read that the new public charge that becomes effective October 15, 2019 also includes significantly increasing the Household Poverty Guidelines. If this is true, does anyone know the percentage increase?
