As of today's date, I'm still waiting for it. I have no idea what they will be asking for, but I imagine since it is comming from California, it's gonna take like 4 or 5 days to get to Detroit. I'm prepared to expect anything, and since learning about it, I'm getting things together. Our case isn't going to be so smooth, but that being a personal matter I don't wish to get into , but suffice it to say, it's in God's hands.

We will not ask, but we all hope things work out for the best....just dont feel 'defeat' yet...I would hope 'rfe' means 'chance to get approved'.

Take care,

wolf

Thanks, Wolf....I'm really kinda happy we are getting an RFE because its telling me that they did'nt give us the rubber stamp of deNile ( no pun intended ). Its after 3 pm and mail isnt runnin yet, i'm getting antsy here. Well, like I said, it's in God's hands, count it all joy. Thanks for the words of encouragement, it is much appreciated ! (L)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I don't recall seeing anyone getting approved from CSC in the last 2 days. Did I miss them?

I was touched today! My first! woo-hoo! (I read it in class when i got it, and found it hard to keep my "mean teacher" face!)

timeline doesn't matter.

CSC is fvcking retarded...bottom line.

VSC is turning them out in two months STILL and CSC still can't do #######. This is ridiculous. I fear I could be in for an eight month wait. I don't know how long I'll have to wait since they don't even have March petitions approved.

is it really needed to have a countdown at 40 days? Before IMBRA ca was taking about 90 days they tell you that before you file if you did your research. Or you thought you would get it in 40 days? Relax man, i dont even know how many days i am at, but i know i have to wait. you can piss an moan about vermont but nothing is going to change,,have a few drinks,,an chill,, i really hope you can get it at 60 days, but im sure your noa1 says 90 so wait 90 days.

The thread revived from the dead!!!!

How bout it over 100!!! Anyone there?

Any news to report?

CSC acknowledged my 2nd RFE.

Meanwhile, jpine is getting "felt up". I think he will be approved any minute, following his 2nd RFE and touches.

This would be good, because I am right behind him on the 2nd RFE thing.

Anyone else?

No, dude. I think you are misunderstanding me. I am not upset about my 40 days. I'm merely counting for my own personal knowledge. I am upset for the countless others that have been waiting and continue to wait despite the 150+ days. You can piss and moan about my countdown without knowing what the meaning of it is, or you can relax yourself.

I wasn't counting on anything.

i stand correct than if that is your concern. i can admit if i passed judgement too quickly, which i do quite frequently. Hope you get yours faster than mine, and others.
