Nope. Still waiting for the Biometrics letter. It's been over 30 days. I called the NSC yesterday, they told me they started a request for information and that I should hear from them within 30 days. More waiting. Whohoo.

anybody got their I-130 touched/approved? I'm still waiting, they havent touched mine since september 17. :( I dont know what to do.

Waaaayyy too early for a September-filer approval...unless it is expedited. The only thing you can do is wait until the full 5 months has passed. Some filers from March, April and May still haven't received their approvals.

Nothing for you to worry about at this stage. Biometrics are just the fingerprinting and photographs that are taken for those adjusting status and also when removing conditions and then applying for citizenship.

Your fingerprints will be taken at the interview in Montreal (and then again at POE.)

Seeing some NOA2 approvals amongst August filers on Igor's list http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?visa=3&form=2&scenter=2&option=3&sortby=2

Also saw that August filer's cases were transferred to Texas service center. What's up with that?

Meanwhile Raffy is too busy getting groped amongst Sept filers. Congrats!!!
