hey guys,

i am starting this topic for the september 2010 applicants. I am going to send the N-400 packet first week of sept.

hi there,

i think i am almost ready to send my N-400 package and these are the documents i am including, please let me know if there is anything missing int h packet.

1) N-400 Application

2) 2 Recent passport sized 2X2 photographs

3) $675 Check as application fee

4) Photocopy of my Permanent resident card ( front & back)

5) US naturalization certificate of my spouse

6) My marriage certificate

7) IRS transcripts

8) Bank statements last 3 months

9) Apartment leases from Aug 2007 to present

10) PSEG utility bills last 3 months

You can bring the crossed out items to the interview, but entirely redundant when sending N400 application.

but the n-400 document checklist i have downloaded from USCIS website says bank statements and leases or mortagage document copies should also be included.

Hi Guys and Ladies, stopping by to wish a Good Luck to Sep. 2010 Fillers.

And i believe the time come for me to apply for my Citizenship. so i will be applying at the end of this month on the 29th, and wish for all of us the best, and easy process

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

5.6.2006.............Sent email to my congressman John Barrow (GA) asking for help.

5.8.2006............My mom sends letter to Senator Bob Graham (FL).

11/2006...I have to leave my husband in Mexico to care for my daughter

11/2006 ...I send a better Hardship Letter and more supporting documentation.

12/2006.............Sent letter to my congressman Tom Price (GA) asking for help.

1/2007...Congressman Price's office receives notice that application had been approved several months previously. 2nd interview set for 6/1/07

6/1/2007...Second interview, VISA APPROVED

6/3/2007...We are reunited in Atlanta after 7 months of separation

09/01/2010..N-400 sent

9/11/2010...Still madly in love, & the visa nightmare is now just a dramatic episode in our ongoing Love Story.
