Dear all,

I truly know what the majority is feeling!! We're running out of patience, out of hope... I started this topic for people that just like me that have filed the K1 petition in late June 2010 and early July 2010.

So please any members that have a NOA1 date between June 28 2010 and July 10 2010, please join and let us share our experiences! We can construct a timeline ,in an expectation when we can be reunited with our loved ones!

Please provide any form of information on your timeline, NOA1, NOA2 etc...

I am currently waiting for NOA2!!! WOW!! It seems like forever!!

Thank you!

The wait is never easy but don't worry about it yet. There are still some of us April filers waiting on our NOA2s out of VSC.

That said, some people do have shorter waits than others so Good Luck! Just don't stress out. It's not time for that yet.

(It's not really time for us either, but we April filers are getting closer!)

Coconuts, how reliable is Igor's List?

Well, it's based on those that are updating their timelines here on VJ. So no, it's probably not 100% accurate, but it does give you a good idea of who is getting approved.

Yeah I am still waiting for our NOA2. Got a NOA1 in mid July and still nothing yet. I would assume it would be soon. This wait is not cool. If they only know how much people here what to see their partners, they would approve all our applications on the spot. But all we could do is wait and wait. Am keeping my fingers crossed for a quick approval. Good luck to us all.

My application was received at the VSC on March 18th and still no NOA2, so, if I were you, I wouldn't worry too much yet.

You are past the 5 months listed on VSC's processing times. I'd definitely call if I were you.

really, following/calling them up can yield useful information? i got my NOA1 first week of june, and was expecting the NOA2 this week, only to find the estimate for the CSC rise from 69 days to 80 days.

It can help. It's always best to call if your petition goes over the estimated 5 months at the service center. If you're under five months, they'll just tell you to call back if you hit five months.

You filed in March and didn't get your NOA1 until the first week of June??

no that's someone else. i filed end of may. i also just realized you were referring to the 5 month processing time listed on the uscis website. so okay, i guess i shouldn't be stressing about it either.

Only if it has been longer than the "current processing time" (in this case, 5 months for both VSC and CSC.) Calling before 5 months will get you nothing more than a standard, canned response of "your petition is within current processing times."

And, believe me, my phone is set to call on Sept 21 (5 months for us) if we haven't heard anything!

Our I129-F NOA-1 is dated July 1, 2010. Based on Visa Journey timeline, they have not begun to process I129-F dated July 1 or more recent.

From what I have read, the whole process takes 5 to 6 months including the National Visa Center and the interview at the Embassy.

I agree, it is very hard waiting to be with someone you love so much. Are application is with the CSC.

Hello,

My NOA1 is dated July 2nd, so I am on this wait with all you guys.

How many touchs have you guys had?

I heard it doesn´t matter so much, cause most of the time they don´t even update it, people get NOA2 all the time, without even being "touched".

So, I am just hoping that my 1 touch, doesn´t mean they just saw my case one time and put it away. :(

Good luck to all of us!
