If you are talking about VJ timeline, then please dont look at it that much. It will keep changing depending on how people update theirs. Just hang in there and something will come in snail mail/email/text. The process takes about 4-6 months before getting the NOA2. There are a few people who have received it earlier.

The vast majority receive NOA2 within 3 months... looking at the statistics.

USCIS seems to be processing NOA2s for those with NOA1s around end of March / early April. Current trends based on data shared by fellow VJers indicate about 4 months between NOA1 and 2.

I hope your approval comes soon. I was basing the info from Igor's list for the California Service Center:

In February, they show 88 NOA1's submitted and 76 have received NOA2 (86% approved)

In March, they show 138 NOA1's submitted and 115 have received NOA2 (83% approved)

In April, they show 103 NOA1's submitted and 85 have received NOA2 (83% approved)

In May, they show 77 NOA1's submitted and 62 have received NOA2 (86% approved)

In June, only 5 of the 65 NOA1's (8%) have been approved thus far...

In July, there is actually one lucky person out of 61 who received NOA2 (in 10 days!! must have been expedited)

In August, there are no approvals yet out of 31 NOA1's.

Hang in there...

Also, in April and May, approximately 1/3 of the people who had not gotten their NOA2, had RFE's.

I believe you are looking at the wrong info. We are talking about IR1/CR1 visas and not K1 visas. For IR1/CR1 visas not many have been approved. Only a handful of them.

Mine was before but as the other poster commented, the VJ timelines are really just a rough idea based on information provided by posters etc. I wouldn't count on that at all but it gives you a basic framework around timelines.

I think they are trying to beat the National Goal of five months approval,in this category they posted that they are still processing dates of 2003 as of August and the application is dated 2010.
