My yearly income is 15600.00 and i have about $15,000.00 in my personal checkin account, i have submitted the i134 from with bank statements and paystubs, i have listed the cash balance as personal property in form 134 as it only asks for saving account info, will tht be fine, also i was unemployed last yr so havent paid any income taxes how to handle that. I ll be really thankfull if any1 has any suggestions

Sorry, I'm a little unclear on your question. Are asking if it is okay that you were unemployed last year?

try adding a letter, assuring them that your fiance will not be a government liability. tell them that you have a stable job and youre working full time now, if thats the case..

and pray that during the interview, they will ask for a co sponsor just what happened to my wife. because most other counries do not accept co sponsors.

The cash should be listed as cash and supported with a bank statement. It would be better to show it in a savings account though. Showing it simply as personal property doesn't indicate its liquid. You always need to document any assets claimed.

No, because if you have no income then you have no reason to file taxes.

I think you should be fine with that (though someone else may be able to verify that better than I). But perhaps you could create a savings account and transfer most of your funds into that. It seems like it would be more secure anyways since with a checking account (assuming you use a check card) if someone gets a hold of your information you'll be out of your life savings.

Putting most of the cash in a savings account would be best, as I already mentioned in the initial reply. Securing a co-sponsor would be a good idea too. What country is the fiancee coming from?
