First, caps OFF - no need to shout at people.

Second, contact your congressman to inquire about your case. Since it has been over a year since you filed, you could've even filed for naturalization - they can't proceed with it unless the I-751 is approved and this is what makes them work on it.

Good luck!

As the previous poster said....contact your congressman and also keep calling and writing USCIS. Schedule an infopass and ask them what in the Sam Hill is going on with your case. Stay on them for information until they tell you something that makes sense.

sorry my friend i just said thanks to the person that have the first post from bosnia!!!by the way what do u think abot my case situation !!!

As has been said before your course of action would be:

1. have your spouse contact her local congressman - she needs to provide release form (found on the website of the congressman) and all information you have ever received from USCIS - NOA1 when they accepted your Removal of conditions petition, Biometrics notice, and any notes you may have from calling USCIS or going for INFOPASS. Ask the congressman's immigration aide to look into your case as it is outside processing time.

2. At the same time, I would consider filing N400 - it is known that I-751 has to be adjudicated before the N400 can be completed and in some cases this has worked so the person had interview for both I-751 and N400 at the same time - make sure to bring your spouse with you for interview just in case.

3. Keep calling USCIS and try to get to higher level - ask that your case be escalated to the immigration officer and have them open a service request as it is taking too long to adjudicate your case.

4. Make another infopass and get another stamp in the passport - you want to have current I-551 stamps in your passport at all times until you get the new 10-yr green card.
