Just check my status and the last time my package was "touched" was Oct 03, 2010 ....#######?

I could not take it any more. So I visited her in Dubai during Thanks giving week. (L)

We have an approval for a VSC August 3rd filer for D.R.!!! Congratz to them! hopefully this means were close! im praying :innocent:

  • 07.05.2010 - She flew back to Dubai (work)
  • 08.02.2010 - Mailed I129F to VSC
  • 08.03.2010 - Delivered to VSC. Signed by D RENAUD.
  • 08.09.2010 - Check cashed
  • 08.14.2010 - NOA1 (Dated 08/06/2010)!!!!!!!!
  • 08.19.2010 - Touched!
  • 08.27.2010 - Received snail mail that typographical error was fixed.
  • 10.03.2010 - Touched!
  • 11.21.2010 - Visited her for a week in Dubai!

Most of us at VSC got that touch on the 3rd =) But they have been slow recently. Hopefully we will begin to see some activity soon!!

Wow your the luckiest one out of all of us.. Im happy that your going to be with your hubby for the holidays! so am I but I will have to travel there...hopefully the rest of us will get something this month :D

I'm getting to the point where it feels nearly pointless to keep waiting on someone at USCIS to care about the people's lives they have control over. Tom will be coming for Christmas at least. Let's hope that the PoE let him through since this stuff is still pending.

I hear ya! We have the same NOA1 date! He will get thru for the xmas visit, don't worry!

I was JUST thinking about you so thanks for posting this! It's funny that you mention snow. My honey can't wait to get here and see snow in real life. He might miss this season but there's always next year. :)

02/07/11 MADE APPOINTMENTS FOR MEDICAL AND INTERVIEW. (Will post actual dates after they occur :) )

02/08/11 Left NVC

02/17/11 Medical

03/01/11 Interview (FH is in AP)

04/12/11 AP COMPLETED!!

04/13/11 FH notified to come to the embassy with his passport!

04/26/11 FH received Visa

04/29/11 FH Arrived in the US!!! JFK POE

06/08/11 MARRIED!

03-06-2014: Removal of conditions packet received at VSC...and now the wait starts again!
