So I got my NOA stating that they received my request on 11 Aug, whats the usually time from for a NOA2?

My NOA1 date was also August 11th, and I have my NOA2, but a lot of people before us are still waiting. I guess the answer is that there really is no usual timeframe. It seems like the luck of the draw. January 11 marks 5 months so it should be before then! Good luck!

I'm sure they'll speed up the process soon. It's not as though they'd always been this lazy to have all these thoughts completely wiped out. It was just during the summer, they can't just process everyone in as longs as 5 months. It's the 5 month mark, yes, but I'm pretty sure those are just isolated cases or cases from the busy summer. Just my opinion. Let's all stay positive. Best wishes from a Sept. Filer!

Aww I'm sorry I know how bad the waiting sucks! Maybe our interview will bring good luck to everyone. I sure do hope so :) Thanks for the well wishes. Will be in touch before then, though, to update you on the medical and stuff.

I thought all K1 had had to be sent to Texas now...I guess I'm not sure if that would make me a VSC or TSC filer hehe

I see there have been a couple of NOA2 for Aug ppl...congrats to you all...for those of us waiting, we are secretly very jealous =)

Its amazing to have this forum, cause only another K1 August filer knows the stress I'm going through right now :P

Good luck to all of us as we wait to be with our Sweet (L) 's

They are all sent to TX, but TX only handles the payments and then the cases are forwarded to either CSC or VSC for the actual adjudication. :)

I lost mine a long time ago. My fiance and I were talking last night... we pretty much decided it's probably easier for us if we pretend we haven't sent it in yet. To the USCIS we're just numbers, they don't seem to realize how hard it is for the couple.

 It doesn't make a whole ton of sense, but yeah, that's what's happening.

And there's a surprising number of WoW couples on here. :) I don't know where all the threads are but I know there's one in the Canada forum. :) I don't really play anymore - I stopped last year because I got busy with school and then got a job that required me to work a lot of nights, and then I spent the summer with my fiance. Now I'm not working so I'm not spending extra money, but I'll probably play again one day when I have the time and money again. :)
