On the I-129f and the G-325a's I listed our county as the state/province because I forgot Ireland had provinces!(Grr I can't believe my Fiance didn't say anything when I had him look over the forms!) Are we going to get an RFE for this? If they don't notice should I make a note of this mistake on the next set of forms so they don't think I'm providing conflicting information?

If they believe it is important they will RFE but I doubt it, I doubt the USCIS knows the exact particulars of each and every country in the world...

In the next phase have your fiance fill it out properly...

I agree, the officer looking it over at USCIS probably doesn't know any better either. I always put down North Yorkshire as my husband's province just to be more specific when it is in fact a county and no one said anything.

He can be more specific when he fills his paperwork out for the interview where the office will be familiar with the area itself.

LOL I didn't even know Ireland had provinces. We went through the entire K-1 process and no one ever said a word, we always put Tralee, Kerry, Ireland. So don't worry, you're fine ;)

Even if you get an RFE (which I doubt you will, not over that), you can just clarify then, and I guess be more specific with future forms (which I can assure you will be required. In abundance) now that you know what to look out for. ;)

I don't think it's that much of a big deal. :D

Provinces in Ireland are not used in government. There is no council or department that represents Munster for example. Using the county is correct.
