I sent an email to get my case expedited...OMG I cannot believe I am about to ask this but please don't laugh!!

the email is the following NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

I sent the email to the same address, but.... NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV ALL IN CAPITALS... IS IT OK?

Ok now if I crack someone up it's a good thing! please relieve me of this agony!!!!!

It's fine. Upper and lower case does not matter in e-mail addresses.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Nothing regarding computers is 100% intuitive.

URLs and email addresses are case-insensitive,

while user names (sometimes) and passwords (always)

are case sensitive.
