I looked at the forms but none has the answers i need!!

This is my Case Status .....(Post Decision Activity) On April 19, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

last thing i did was paying fees of $70 and $400, is there something i should do next that i didnt understand, or i need to wait for them to tell me?? if there is then what is it!!!!

another thing, my wife is pregnet in her 7th month!!! so will the baby be with his mother in visa or does he need his own visa!!!and when his mother come to the usa will the baby come with his mother!!!

im thankful for anybody who can answer my questions!!!

It looks as if the USCIS website is delayed. I assume you already have your NOA-2 since you're onto NVC correct?

Have you turned in the DS-230 and AOS packet with the payment confirmation page? That would be next.

Now, if your wife has the baby before the interview, you'll likely have to submit an updated AOS packet with the new changes to your income requirement.

If you are a US citizen, and meet the citizenship requirements, you will apply for a CRBA so the child will have a US passport and can then travel with the mother

See the link for applying for a passport for the child. You should apply for the passport as soon as the child is born so the Cr-1 visa doesn't expire

I never got a letter saying what i should do next!!!

So how do i know if i need to send those documents know!!!!???!!!
