Do not worry! Look at my timeline, filed for ROC 8/3, biometrics 9/10, card ordered 12/2. The USCIS website says it takes 6 months on average so hang in there, it will arrive!

I just passed 200 days so you're definitely in good shape. Would be nice to see more activity from CSC.

I know you guys are upset but just be patient and csc will hopefully stop using thanksgiving as an excuse and get back to work. Relax - you will be approved! After going thru all this _____, I've come to realize that I never had anything to fear because I didn't do anything wrong, ya know?

I would say the same thing. CSC is not doing anything as compare to VSC. I thought CSC has less volume as compare to VSC because VSC has 2 most states where they got more application each and every month...(NJ & NY, Chicago)

I would say the same thing. CSC is not doing anything as compare to VSC. I thought CSC has less volume as compare to VSC because VSC has 2 most states where they got more application each and every month...(NJ & NY, Chicago)

The signs are in the trend volumes displayed on the USCIS web site. If you look at cases received and cases approved at CSC over the last 6 months that are listed on the chart, you'll note there is about an 8800 case backlog. This would indicate that processing times at CSC are creeping up, and they are, certainly as compared to VSC (which was the slow center on ROCs less than a year ago). That said, from earlier this year, when a lot of cases were transferred from VSC to CSC to help with the backlog, it sure looks like they can turn on the afterburners when they want to, because CSC went from ~5,000 approved/month to 15,000 approved/month. For the last month published (september)the gap between filings and approvals was getting smaller, lets just hope that continues.

I'm having my 3-month NOA1 "anniversary" today.... :whistle:

I'm having my 3-month NOA1 "anniversary" today.... :whistle:

I looked at that data... for I-751 it showed 15200 receipts and 8200 completions - nationwide. Doesn't that mean that they decided on a bit more than half of the number of cases as they had received new that last month (Sep10)?

I also shows a slight increase in category of 'all other pending cases' for the last two months of the reporting window where before it had been dramatically reduced over more than a year. Now it appears to turn around again and they are not reducing the backlog but building it up again. Or am I misinterpreting these numbers?

The graph you mention is the nationwide one. You can also select an individual service center to see their performance.

In september, CSC received 6301 case, and completed 5571 (730 are back logged). Vermont received 8926 and completed only 1162, which is a 7764(!) case backlog. So for the month the total numbers are not good. Side note: i don't know if the service center numbers include cases that get transferred to local offices (people that get called in for interviews).

The yellow line is a reasonable indicator of the processing trend, and for I-751 the national trend is an increasing backlog. Nevertheless, the current numbers are still significantly lower than the have been in the past 2 years.
